We have completed the 2019 Tour and had a great experience all around the country. We made a cosplay costume for a wheelchair, gave presentations, talked with therapy students and professionals, and led people in making assistive technology devices from the simple to the complex.
It was challenging, excited, and very rewarding. I don’t know if we’ll have the chance to do a tour of this magnitude again in the future, but if the opportunity presents itself, we’d love to make it happen.
